Coal Traders

The founder of the company Late Pandit Satyanaryan Joshi started business activities in the year of 1952, gradually diversified the business from food grains to coal mining operation in Orissa in the year 1972.

In the year 1987-88, under the dynamic guiding force of late Dr. R.K. Joshi, the constitution of the firm was changed into “Private Limited Company” and with the “Corporate Image” the Company extended its business into the States of Andhra Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Orissa, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Punjab etc. To achieve further the presence of the company at national level, to strengthen the base of the company and to infuse funds, Late Dr. R. K. Joshi converted the company into a “Public Limited Company” in the year 1995.
